The short version
Don't Ship That is a Shopify app that helps you spot unprofitable orders before you ship them. By installing the app, you agree to these terms.
The app is provided as-is
We do our best to keep calculations accurate, but the profitability we show you depends on the cost data you enter. Wrong costs in, wrong margins out. We recommend keeping product costs up to date.
Fulfillment decisions are yours
We flag orders and show you the math. The decision to ship, cancel, or renegotiate an order is yours. We're not liable for fulfillment decisions made based on the app's data.
Pricing changes
We can update pricing with 30 days notice. If you don't like a new price, you can uninstall the app before the change takes effect.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through the Shopify admin. Uninstalling the app deletes your data (see the privacy policy).
Abuse
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service, try to reverse-engineer it, or use it in ways that violate Shopify's terms.
Governing law
Any disputes are handled under the laws of the State of California.
