Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect order data (order totals, line items, discounts, shipping costs, customer names) and the product cost data that merchants enter. We access this through Shopify's API with the merchant's permission when the app is installed.
Why we collect it
So we can calculate per-order profitability and tag orders in the merchant's Shopify admin. That's the whole job of the app.
How it's stored
Data lives in an encrypted database (Turso). All traffic between your store, our servers, and the database is over HTTPS.
Who can see it
Only the merchant who owns the store. We don't share, sell, or hand data to any third parties. No analytics vendors, no ad networks, no resale.
Data retention
Your data is kept as long as the app is installed. When you uninstall the app, your data is deleted.
Shopify compliance
We respond to Shopify's mandatory data deletion webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. If Shopify tells us to delete a customer's data, we delete it.
